In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are handcrafted with care and typically ship within 2–4 weeks.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. -

We use tracked courier delivery for all orders. Shipping timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 1–3 working days once dispatched. Rural or remote areas may take a little longer.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. If you’re ordering a bespoke piece, we’ll provide a more specific timeline during the design process.
