Our diamonds are either ethically sourced natural or certified lab-grown, and all our pearls are real freshwater or South Sea - no synthetics, ever. We offer both - and we love both. Natural diamonds are formed over millions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology that mirrors the same chemical structure. Yes, we do! While we’re proudly based in New Zealand, we ship worldwide with tracked delivery options. Shipping costs and timeframes are shown at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, just ask.

Some pieces are in stock and ready to ship, others are made to order. You’ll see this clearly noted on each product page. For made-to-order items, please allow 2–4 weeks - but if you need something urgently, send us a message. We’ll always do our best to make it happen.

Yes — we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s unworn and in original condition. Custom or bespoke pieces are not returnable, but we’ll work closely with you during the design process to ensure you love it. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
